UK Delivery

We offer FREE standard delivery on all UK orders.

Most orders are delivered within approximately 1–4 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weekends, bank holidays, postal delays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order Processing

Orders are processed as quickly as possible after payment has been successfully received.

You will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us and provide your order number.

We will investigate the delivery and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the damage. Photographs may help us resolve the issue more quickly.

International Delivery

Where international delivery is available, delivery times and charges may vary depending on the destination and will be shown at checkout where applicable.

Customers outside the UK may be responsible for applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges, unless otherwise stated during checkout.
