We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from DRUT LTD.

Returns and cancellation

If you are a consumer, you normally have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable UK consumer law and any legal exceptions.

After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

To request a return, please contact us using the contact details provided on our website. Please include your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

Unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or we agree otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Please take reasonable care of products while they are in your possession. Where permitted by law, we may reduce a refund to reflect any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

If your product arrives damaged, is faulty, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the problem.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Refunds

Once a return has been received and assessed, we will process any refund that is due.

Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Where required by law following cancellation of an eligible order, standard outbound delivery charges will also be refunded. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option than our standard delivery service are not refundable unless required by law.

Exceptions

Certain products may not qualify for cancellation or return where an exemption under applicable consumer law applies. This may include goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or otherwise do not conform to the contract.
